Ocean Breath

Place your hands on your belly, breathe in and out and imagine your breath is like the ocean's waves - rolling in and rolling back out again.

Bumble Bee Breath

Take a big breath in through your nose and buzz like a bumble bee as you slowly and evenly exhale through your teeth. 

Lion's Breath

Have a seat on your knees, spreading them wide with your hands between them out front. Breathe in deeply through your nose, then, leaning forward and stretching your tongue down to your chin, exhale forcefully and fully.

Make a Wish

Fill your lungs with air, count to three, make a wish and blow out all the dandelion candles with one long dramatic breath!

Bear Breath

Inhale deeply while silently counting to four. When you get there, hold for two more counts before exhaling on a four count. Pause for another two count before breathing in again. Repeat the cycle. Then repeat it once more.

Snake Breath

Lay down on your stomach with your forehead resting on the floor and your palms on the floor next to your shoulders. Push up into Cobra Pose while inhaling through your nose. When your arms are fully extended, exhale with a HISS as you turn your head from side to side surveying your surroundings.
